Getting started

After checkout, your admin dashboard will highlight checklist steps—verify email, confirm seats, and add initial projects. Our onboarding team can coordinate training sessions for Enterprise plans.

Billing & receipts

Billing information is managed through Stripe. Team and Enterprise admins receive monthly statements and can request invoicing support via the contact options here.

How do I start a new investigation project?
After your organization signs up, admins can create projects from the dashboard. Upload media, run analyses, and share findings with teammates.
What if my signup is stuck in processing?
Stay signed in and visit this page for status tips. If provisioning takes longer than a few minutes, reach out using the contact options below so we can help.
Can I invite additional investigators?
Solo plans are limited to one seat. Team and Enterprise plans let admins invite more users, subject to seat availability defined in your subscription.
